The Autovalve is designed to automatically release trapped air from a radiator in a heating system. Unlike traditional manual bleed valves that require manual adjustment, autovalves are equipped with a mechanism that opens and closes based on the presence of air within the radiator. These valves help maintain optimal heating system performance by preventing the buildup of air pockets that can hinder the circulation of hot water.

Ordered some of these and, despite an initial problem (which was sorted out very, very quickly) these have to be my best buy this year! Was a little sceptical at first but after fitting them - which was really easy! - I can now state with absolute confidence that these valves do everything it says they do. Every single centimetre of every radiator I have fitted them to is red hot - so much so that I've had to turn the thermostat down. Don't hesitate to get these and yes, do believe the hype!
