A: Simply peel the Ultra Hook pad from the corner to de-activate the vacuum bond.

A: Simply wash the hooks with clean water and leave to air dry (do not be tempted to dab with a issue or a towel as you could leave particles on the hook doing this)

A: Ultra Hooks will adhere to all non-porous surfaces including veneer wood, steel, aluminium, tile, glass, plastic, marble, quartz, and more....
Q: Where shouldn't I use Ultra Hooks?
A: Never use Ultra Hooks on a porous surface like brick, concrete, emulsion walls as the vacuum effect cannot be achieved if the surface can breathe.
These hooks are very secure. The best I’ve found high gloss surfaces. I love them in the bathroom. They stay up until you take them down. I’ve had so many other brands fall due to humidity, a bit of rough handling by my youngest grandkids. I’m putting them in all my bathrooms and in the kitchen.. I originally bought them from a tv shopping network. Loved them so much that I tracked down the manufacturer and ordered from them. Not for painted surfaces. Maybe oil based high gloss.?

You’re absolutely right—they perform best on smooth, non-porous surfaces like high gloss tiles, glass and polished finishes. Painted surfaces can be a bit more unpredictable, especially if they’re matt or have lower adhesion, but as you mentioned, oil-based high gloss paints can sometimes work better.
